Hyundai Kona Trim Levels

Hyundai Kona SE

First up is the Hyundai Kona SE, powered by a 2.0L Inline 4-cylinder engine that specializes in fuel economy. With this engine, you’ll achieve an impressive EPA-estimated 30 city/35 highway MPG.¹ Inside this model, you’ll get an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, as well as a Rear View Monitor with parking guidance. 

The powertrain under the hood of the Kona SE also comes configured with Drive Mode Select. This will enhance versatility, equipping you well to handle a variety of different driving settings.

Hyundai Kona SEL

Next up is the Hyundai Kona SEL, which inherits the efficient engine from the Hyundai Kona SE. With this trim, you’ll get heated mirrors on the outside which are perfect for winter mornings as you are able to defrost and hit the road in just minutes. On the inside, you will find features such as HD Radio™ and SiriusXM Satellite Radio. These are added to create an enhanced multimedia experience.

For added convenience, you’ll also receive a Blind-Spot Collision Warning and a Proximity Key with push button start so you can get in and get going as quickly and easily as possible. 

Hyundai Kona N-Line

If you are looking for increased power behind the wheel, the N-Line could be the perfect trim level for you. This trim comes with a 1.6L Turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, increasing your outputs to 195 horsepower and 195 lb-ft of torque. This engine also comes mated to a 7-speed EcoShift® Dual Clutch Transmission, providing seamless force distribution.

The N-Line also features special wheels, the 18-inch wheels are the largest available in the Kona lineup, adding some versatility. Additionally, the wheels feature special N-Line design, enhancing exterior styling a bit.

You will also find the N-Line adds some great features on the interior. For instance, you will find an 8-way power driver’s seat, making it extremely easy to find the perfect seating position behind the wheel. Plus, you will get a Harman Kardon® Premium audio system with Clari-Fi™ Music Restoration Technology plus eight speakers. Whether you’re taking calls or tuning into your favorite playlist, this will provide you with crisp and clear sound quality.

Hyundai Kona Limited

After the Hyundai Kona N-Line comes the Hyundai Kona Limited, which also offers the powerful 1.6L Turbocharged Inline 4-cylinder engine. Inside this trim, you’ll also get some additions, including comfortable and stylish leather-appointed seating surfaces as well as a power sunroof. Having these at your disposal, your interior experience should be enhanced, elevating the ambiance provided behind the wheel.

You will notice some other interior additions on the inside of the Kona Limited, as well. For instance, Dynamic Voice Recognition, which makes it extremely easy to interact with your multimedia functionalities. Additionally, you will find the following amenities:

For enhanced visibility, you’ll get LED headlights and taillights with this trim.
